This beautiful and spacious, privately owned luxury detached villa is located in the Turkish Turquoise Coast region with easy access to Oludeniz, Fethiye, and Hisurano. The accommodation sleeps 8 and is ideally suited to groups or large families.
Villa Ordek has a triplex design. On the lower level there is a large fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room, and a separate wc and hand basin. The mid level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the upper level houses the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned and ample private parking space is available.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and washing machine, TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The property is fully maintained and a weekly maid service is provided; linen and towels are supplied. Our local manager lives close by and is always available in the unlikely event that you should experience a problem or if you need any advice or assistance throughout your holiday.
The Villa has extensive gardens with patio's, cool shaded areas, and sun throughout the day. The private pool is fully maintained. The gardens are furnished with sun loungers and comfortable seating, and there is an eating area with a barbeque if you prefer your meals alfresco.
Villa Ordek is one hour’s drive from Dalaman airport.
Rental Tariff
High season - July and August - from £600 per week (negotiable)
Mid season May and June, September and October - from £450 per week (negotiable)
Low season - All other times - £375 per week (negotiable)

Additional Information
In addition to our normal services at our villa we are able to provide special services tailored to make your holiday run smoothly. We can arrange for transport to collect you from the airport on your outbound journey and return you to the airport on your homeward journey. If you prefer to drive yourselves we can arrange for a hire car to be waiting when you arrive at the airport or at the villa. We can increase the level of maid service and arrange for childcare or baby-sitting if you require this. Our local manager has a good knowledge of local amenities and leisure pursuits.
