Villa Bryony is a duplex villa consisting of the main villa (Bryony) and a smaller apartment Apartment Amelia. Costs for individual and combined rates for both are shown below.

Villa Bryony consists of a large open hall with double french doors into the lounge area. There are large patio doors, which look over the terrace and pool and which can be kept locked for the safety of small children. There is a down stairs cloakroom and an open plan kitchen and dining room. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and private balconies and two double bedrooms with twin beds. There are two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning.

Apartment Amelia sleeps up to 4 people with one double bedroom, with a double bed, and another double bedroom with two single beds. There is one bathroom and a large open plan kitchen and living room. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own terrace and olive tree garden. The apartment is well equipped with maid service.

The outside of the accommodation consists of gardens, pool with gradual steps leading to a sloping depth. The terrace has a large covered area and there is a pool shower. Please note that Villa Bryony may not be suitable for very elderly or disabled people due to the terracing of the gardens.

Villa Bryony and Apartment Amelia are situated at the top of Olu Deniz and within short walking distance of the village Hisaronu. Not only is the beach and village easily reached, but you can also enjoy walks on the Babadag Mountain, where you will find goat herds, honey hives, tortoises and beautiful views across the bay of Olu Deniz.

Villa Bryony and Apartment Amelia are one hours drive from Dalaman airport.

Rental Tariff Villa Bryony (Sleeps 8 people)

High season - June, July, August and September - £450 per week.
Low season - April, May, October and November - £400 per week.

Rental Tariff Apartment Amelia

High season - July and August - £250 per week.
Low season - April, May, June, September, October and November - £200 per week.

Combined Rental Tariff for both Villa Bryony and Apartment Amelia

High season - July and August - £700 per week.
Low season - April - June and September - November - £600 per week.

Note: Our low season tariff is negotiable, particularly for extended stays of three weeks or more.

Additional Information

In addition to our normal services, at our villa properties we are able to provide special services tailored to make your holiday run smoothly. We can arrange for transport to collect you from the airport on your outbound journey and return you to the airport on your homeward journey.

If you prefer to drive yourselves we can arrange for a hire car to be waiting when you arrive at the airport or at the villa. We can increase the level of maid service and arrange for childcare or baby sitting if you require this. We have been living in the area for some years now and have a good knowledge of local amenities and leisure pursuits.
